How Vendural works with tax firms
Vendural does monthly QuickBooks Online bookkeeping for small businesses, mostly trades shops, and never prepares returns. Your clients arrive at tax time with a closed, reconciled year, and every tax question comes back to you.

What your firm gets
- Clean books at tax time. Every month is closed and reconciled, so the year is ready for the return instead of arriving as a shoebox in March.
- Access without chasing. The books live in the client's own QuickBooks Online, so the client can add you as their accountant and you can log in any time.
- A home for the always-behind clients. We catch up back months for a flat fee per month behind, so cleanup isn't eating your hourly rate.
- No overlap. We don't prepare returns, give tax advice, process payroll or file sales tax. That work stays with you.
- Referrals both ways. And since we don't do taxes, every client who finds us on their own needs a tax pro, so we send them to firms we work with.

Flat monthly plans, billed as a subscription, never by the hour. The price is confirmed on a 30-minute call before anything is billed.

How a referral works
- Get your referral link below and send it to your client, or just introduce us. When they get their price through your link, we know they came from you. Get your link at vendural.com/for-cpas
- The client books a 30-minute call. We confirm the price, and they sign up on the call: the agreement, a short form about the business, and payment.
- We set up their QuickBooks Online and connect bank feeds inside it. We never ask for online banking logins.
- We catch up any back months, then close the books every month.
- At tax time, you log in to a closed, reconciled year.
Who we are
Vendural Bookkeeping is run by Landon Fields, a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor who also owns a landscaping business in Hazard, Kentucky. He started Vendural because doing his own books took so much time that he still couldn't tell whether he was profitable. We work fully remote, with small businesses anywhere in the US. We use AI-assisted software for first-pass categorization, and a professional reviews the books before each month is closed.
