Books for the prior month are closed and delivered within the first ten business days, assuming statements and any open questions come back to us on time.

No. We don't prepare returns or give tax advice. We keep your books clean and closed so your tax preparer has what they need, and we send tax questions their way. Tax pros can see how we work with them on our For CPAs page.

Yes, as a tool. Our software suggests transaction categories and records the ones it's highly confident about in your QuickBooks Online file. A professional reviews your books, including those categories, before each month is closed and before any report goes to you. The AI services we use don't train on your data.
