Who we are
vendural.com is run by Vendural LLC ("Vendural", "we", "us"). We provide remote bookkeeping for small businesses. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
Our services
Bookkeeping work is covered by the engagement letter each client signs. If these terms and a signed engagement letter disagree, the engagement letter wins. Vendural provides bookkeeping only. We don't give tax, audit, legal or investment advice.
Estimates and guides
The price shown on vendural.com is an estimate. Your price is the one in your signed engagement letter. Our guides and articles are general information, not advice for your situation.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, by card or bank account, and Stripe emails you a receipt for each payment. Fees and any refunds work as described in your signed engagement letter.
Cancelling
Plans are month to month. Either side can end a plan with 30 days' written notice, as set out in your engagement letter. To cancel, email contact@vendural.com.
Text messages
- Program: Vendural account notifications, sent by Vendural LLC.
- What we text: messages about your quote, your sign-up link, your account and questions about your books. We never send marketing texts.
- How you opt in: by ticking the text box on our quote form, or by agreeing on your onboarding call. Agreeing to texts isn't a condition of buying anything.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to stop getting texts. Reply HELP for help, or email support@vendural.com. You can also stop texts by emailing us or telling us on a call.
- Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We don't share or sell your mobile number or opt-in information for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Using the site
Please don't misuse the site or try to get into parts of it that aren't meant for you. The site's content belongs to Vendural LLC. You're welcome to share links to it.
Liability
The site is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Vendural LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, and our total liability for the site itself is limited to $100. Liability for bookkeeping work is covered by the engagement letter.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any dispute about them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes to these terms don't change a signed engagement letter.
