Answer a few quick questions on our Get your price page and see which plan fits, your monthly price and a catch-up estimate right away.

Book a 30-minute call (Zoom or phone)
Pick a time on the calendar right after your price. We confirm your price, go over your books and answer your questions. Nothing is billed before we talk.

Finish sign-up online (a few minutes)
After the call, we send you a secure link: tell us about your business, sign the agreement, connect QuickBooks through Intuit's secure sign-in, then pay your first month. No QuickBooks Online yet? We set it up at no extra cost. Nothing is billed before the call.

Invite your bookkeeper (4 clicks, once)
Invite Vendural as your accountant at books@vendural.com: Settings → Manage users → Accounting firms → Invite. This lets your bookkeeper review your books each month, alongside the software connection. If you're behind, catch-up happens before your first month.

Monthly bookkeeping
Every transaction categorized and every account reconciled, a short monthly review list, and a profit and loss and balance sheet with a plain-English summary within the first ten business days. Questions come by text or email, and you send documents by email.
